The information you share with Mary stays with Mary
This privacy policy explains what this website collects through its contact and lead forms,
how that information is used, and the promise behind every form on the site: your name,
email address, phone number, and inquiry details are never sold, shared, or disclosed to
third parties, except as required by law or to comply with legal process.

Mary's no-sharing promise
She will not share, sell, or disclose your lead information.
Mary Dover will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your lead information, including
your name, email address, phone number, or the details of your inquiry, to any third
party, except as required by law or to comply with legal process. That is a promise,
not fine print. It applies to every form on this site and to every conversation you
have with Mary.
On this page
The short version
This site only asks for what Mary needs to help you. Forms send your message straight
to her inbox, your information is never sold, and you can ask for it to be deleted at
any time.
What information do we collect?
The contact and lead forms on this site ask for your name and email address, and
optionally your phone number and a short message about what you are looking for. That
is the personal information the forms ask for, and nothing more.
When you submit a form, we also record the page you were on when you submitted it, the
website you came from, and campaign or traffic-source details (such as UTM parameters)
so Mary can understand which pages and links are helpful. Like nearly every website,
the site also logs basic technical data such as browser type and device category.
How is your information used?
Your information is used for one purpose: to help you. Concretely, that means:
Responding to your inquiry by phone, text, or email
Providing the real estate services you asked about: home searches, pricing, buying and selling guidance, and market information
Sending you the guides or reports you requested, such as the buying guide or market report
Understanding how visitors use the site so it can be improved
Meeting legal obligations and the record-keeping requirements of the Texas real estate industry
Your information is never used for anything beyond this without asking you first.
Will your information ever be shared?
The short answer is no. Mary Dover does not share, sell, rent, or trade your name,
email address, phone number, or the details of your inquiry with any third party. Your
information is not given to any outside company for marketing, solicitation, or any
other purpose. The only two exceptions are narrow and legal in nature:
As required by law: when a law, regulation, or government authority legally requires disclosure.
To comply with legal process: when Mary is served with a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
One honest note: this site uses a
secure messaging service to deliver form submissions to Mary and to operate the
website. Those service providers act only on our behalf, are bound to keep your
information confidential, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
That handling is never a sale, rental, or disclosure for anyone else's marketing.
How long do we keep your information?
Your information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and provide the
services you asked about, and as long as Texas real estate record-keeping and tax law
require. If you would like your information deleted sooner, just ask, and Mary will
remove it wherever the law allows.
How is your information protected?
Form submissions are transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection, access to your
information is limited to Mary and the service providers who need it to do their job,
and your details are handled confidentially. No method of transmission over the
internet is completely secure, but Mary takes reasonable, industry-standard measures
to protect what you share.
What choices do you have?
You are in control of your information. At any time you may ask Mary to review what she
holds, correct anything that is out of date, delete your information, or stop hearing
from her. She responds to every such request personally, usually the same day.
What about children's privacy?
This site is for adults doing real estate business. It is not directed at children, and
Mary does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact Mary and she
will delete it promptly.
Will this policy change?
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated and the new
version applies from that date. The core promise will not change: your information is
never sold, and it is only shared when the law requires it.
Questions about your privacy?
Ask Mary directly, no forms required
Want to know what she has on file, request a change, or just confirm how your message is
handled? A quick call, text, or email is all it takes. Mary answers every message,
usually the same day.
